Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our success. Sichuan Food guarantees your satisfaction with all our gourmet foods. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, and we can exchange for you within 30 days of your order.

For the returns, please contact us at info@sichuanfoodonline.com to arrange the returns upon 7 days of receiving your order. We can refund your money, but all the returns have to be their original condition.

Packaging

All of our loose teas are packaged in tin foil bags to keep them fresh, and the mushrooms and spices are packaged in kraft tin tie bags. The name and quantity of the product with our logo are labelled on the package too. If you have any special concerns regarding your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
